Earlier this year, idol competition program "I-LAND 2" had everyone glued to their seats, eager to find out who would make the final lineup. After seeing the success of ENHYPEN, the group formed through the first season of "I-LAND", expectations for the girl group iteration were understandably high. After weeks of missions and heartbreaking eliminations, izna was formed - and by a twist of fate, the debut lineup increased from six to seven. Thus, the group was made up of Mai, Bang JeeMin, Yoon JiYoon, Koko, Ryu SaRang, Choi JungEun, and Jeong SaeBi.
Following their formation, they established official social media platforms, uploaded various types of content, and slowly introduced the members to the awaiting K-Pop community. But although they won through their determination, hard work, and fans' votes, they still needed to take some time to hone their skills and build up their synergy as a new group.
