As they face their new, horrifying reality, JaeYoon eventually transforms into a competent leader for his military squad and YoungJoo becomes stronger in the fight for survival, all while making her way to him to keep their relationship together. While it does contain some action, it challenges the norms of your typical zombie drama, presenting lots of comedic moments that will leave you breathless from laughing.
"Newtopia" is unlike most zombie series that focus purely on the thrilling action and need for survival. It presents a hilarious twist on the genre that has viewers excited and eager to witness how the story unfolds.
