The highly anticipated sequel to the K-Drama "Tale of the Nine Tailed", titled "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938", started airing recently and it is already grabbing attention worldwide. From the return of Lee Rang (played by Kim Beom), to the celebrated addition of Kim SoYeon and Ryu KyungSoo to the cast, this season is gearing up for exceptional success.

Two episodes of "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938" have been released so far, dealing with the tales of Dong BangSak and the Three Worms. The former, which appears in the first episode, is played by THE BOYZ's YoungHoon. At first glance, Dong BangSak is portrayed as a kind and benevolent figure who shares his everlasting life span with those in need.

Soon, it is revealed that his morality is rather skewed, especially when he is willing to let an old man sell his daughter off for more years added to his life. Even though he first pretends to "save" the young girl from a terrible fate, he soon drains her of her life force, stealing and consuming her youth for himself.
