On Apr. 28, it was announced by E Entertainment that the two boys will be debuting in a 8 member boy group in the first half of 2020.
After the end of Mnet "Produce X 101", the two boys had held a free fanmeeting "1hyuk+2wonjun+3" back in August 2019. They had promised their fans that they will debut and it looks like they had kept the promise.
