Starring Red Velvet's Joy, Choo YoungWoo, and Baek SungChul in the leading roles, "Once Upon A Small Town" tells the story of a city boy, Han JiYul (Choo YoungWoo), who moves to the countryside to take care of his grandfather's veterinarian clinic in his stead. There he meets his childhood friend Ahn JaYoung (Joy), but he doesn't seem to remember her. However, JaYoung remembers the time they spent together all too well.
