5 K-Pop Idols Who Have Previously Resided In Europe

The K-Pop industry has become a diverse field of idols from various different backgrounds. It is slowly becoming a melting pot of talent where anyone can pursue their dreams and stand on stage with the right amount of hard work and perseverance. K-Pop is an endless pool of talent that has no end in sight.

Now, more than ever, the doors to become an idol have opened up to individuals outside of Korea, too. There are many singers across multiple groups that have traveled from their home country to Korea to train and eventually debut as an artist. While the United States and Asia are most likely the places where a K-Pop idol has previously resided, some hail from the beautiful European region.

CL took the world by storm as a member of the legendary girl group 2NE1. Her legacy continues until this day as she promotes as a successful soloist. But prior to her debut as an idol, due to her parent's work, she traveled across various countries. She's resided in Paris, Tsukuba, and Tokyo. Naturally, her experiences outside of Korea helped to mold her into the stunning icon that stands on stage today.
