After weeks of pre-debut promotions, KiiiKiii have finally made their official debut. They've come ready to take on the torch as Starship Entertainment's newest girl group. As part of their debut promotions, they've released their first mini-album, "UNCUT GEM". It features six songs in total, providing a varied track list that showcases the group's incredible versatility. It includes pre-released tracks, 'I DO ME' and 'DEBUT SONG' which helped to create initial buzz about the group. Interest towards them remain hot, but now the real question remains: will they actually be able to carry the momentum forward?

Pre-releases are not a foreign concept in the K-Pop scene. Companies do this often in order to elevate the hype around their artists and push them to the top of SNS and search engines everywhere. While it didn't seem strange that KiiiKiii dropped a pre-release single ahead of their debut, it was the manner in which they did it that ultimately turned heads. Over a month prior to the release of "UNCUT GEM", KiiiKiii came out with 'I DO ME' on February 16th—all without releasing any teasers or notice. 'I DO ME' did numbers across the globe and effectively put KiiiKiii on the map.
