The drama is based on the novel "Minamdang: Case Note" by Jung JaeHan. The story is about Nam HanJun (Seo InGuk), a well known Shaman, known for his extraordinary skills and as the 'rebel of the shaman world'. But the truth is that he is far away from being a shaman. HanJun is a former criminal profiler who now scams people into believing that he is a shaman. With the help of his team, Nam HyeJun (Kang MiNa) and Gong SuCheol (Kwak SiYang), he solves his client's case.
