It's time for another dream cast for K-Dramas based on webtoons!
In recent years, more and more webtoons have been getting adapted into K-Dramas as well as the other way around, bringing forth a cross-cultural flux of audience for both mediums. In 2021 alone, a number of webtoons have been confirmed to be adapted into dramas and more have been announced.
One such webtoon that has been confirmed to be getting a K-Drama with 2 seasons is "Weak Hero" written by SEOPASS and illustrated by Kim JinSeok. Jaedam Media will be collaborating with PLAYLIST on this project with plans of releasing the same in the first half of 2022.

"Weak Hero" tells the story of a peculiarly unassuming and vulnerable-looking new student, Yeon SiEun, at a high school full of bullies. In an institution where the weak are targetted without mercy, SiEun fights back using his brains and psychology as tools. The webtoon became so popular that it was serialized in multiple languages including Thai, Indonesian, French, German and Chinese.

Yeon SiEun is Gray Yeon, Park HooMin is Ben Park, Go HyunTak is Alex Go and Jin GaYul is Gerard Jin. These are the central protagonists of the webtoon. Na BaekJin (Donald Na) is the primary antagonist of the story.
