In 2019, numerous webtoons had been announced to be adapted on dramas. Many webtoon readers are hoping to see "Lookism" included in this list of adaptations, but it is not the case -for now at least. There is no plan of adaptation "Lookism" into drama yet.

"Lookism" ("외모지상주의") by TaeJoon Park is one of the most popular Korean webtoons overseas. It tells the story of an unattractive guy who by miracle started to have 2 different bodies, a handsome one and an unattractive one. The webtoon started back in Nov. 2014.
