The "2019 K-Pop Together Festival" in Lewisville, Texas was its first and hopefully not its last. They had food, fun, merchandises and most importantly, and Chic Angel.
When I arrived, they were having a dance competition on the stage, which was very entertaining. The talent of these fans were breathtaking, replicating famous K-Pop dances like ’s 'Blood Sweat & Tears', HyunA’s 'Red' and ’s 'Crown' almost perfectly. One of the judges for the contest was former BP Rania member Alex Reid.
I talked with her briefly, she was very nice. Later, I saw her teared up, hugging a fan who was also crying. It was a very sweet moment. After watching so much dancing, I started to get hungry. They had more than enough food, it was hard to make a choice of what to eat! So I did the sensible thing and just ate everything. To work off this meal, I decided to go into the vendors area, where is the location of my only complaint about the festival.
They had a lot of albums and merchandise for sale, but not enough Weki Meki. I understand that in the climate of American K-Pop sales, male groups reign supreme, especially BT
