While heading out on their first-ever world tour, Korean super band, Xdinary Heroes, made a stop in London for a sold-out show during their "Break the Brake World Tour". After their rockstar debut in December 2021 under the JYP Entertainment sub-label, Studio J, this first tour highlights the band's recently released 4th mini album, "Livelock".
The six-member band consists of leader/drummer, GunIl, keyboardist/vocalist, JungSu, rhythm guitarist/rapper/vocalist, Gaon, synthesizer/rapper/vocalist, O.de, lead guitarist, JunHan, and bassist/main vocalist, and maknae (youngest member), JooYeon.
Even though this was the band's second stop on their world tour, it was not their first time meeting their London Villains (their fandom name). They performed as a part of the "KOREA ON STAGE IN LONDON" festival in the UK on November 8th, which was a great sneak peek into their full set for their own tour.
There was a spark of energy in the crowd as each member took the stage and performed their first song ‘Freddy’ from their 4th mini album. The song’s rock-pop-inspired melody complemented by the group’s dynamic vocals compelled the crowd to sing along at the top of their lungs and was a great start to the evening.
The thrilling performance continued as the group performed songs from their previously released mini albums such as, ‘Come into my head’, and ‘KNOCK DOWN’. Some crowd favorites were 'Freakin' Bad’ and their most recent single from "Livelock" called ‘Break the Brake’.
Of course, they couldn’t leave the stage without performing the song that catapulted their debut, ‘Happy Death Day’. The evening ended with wholesome waves and wide smiles as the members moved from one side of the stage to the next to bid farewell to their London Villains. Even though it was a wrap on their London stop, hopefully, it was not goodbye for long.
After their London stop, the group will continue to Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan, and Warsaw.
