“Black Knight,” tells the story of delivery drivers who have played a major role in society and who exist as an enemy for some and as hope for others.

The drama is an adaption of the webtoon “Black Knight” (택배기사 in Korean) written by Lee YunGyun (이윤균.)

The leads in the drama are Kim WooBin, Song SeungHeon, Esom, and Kang YouSeok. 

Hallyu actor Kim WooBin has starred in the dramas "Our Blues," “Uncontrollably Fond,” “We Are Young,” “The Heirs,” and “School 2013”. 

Long-time actor Song SeungHeon acted in dramas "Voice 4," "Dinner Mate," Player," "Black," "When A Man Falls In Love," "Dr. Jin," "My Princess," and more.

Actress Esom has appeared in the dramas “Save Me 2”, “The Third Charm”, “Because This Is My First Life”, and “Ghost.”

Actor Kang YouSeok has acted in “Light On Me”, “Start-Up”, “Once Again”, and “Melting Me Softly.”

Summary

Kim WooBin as “5-8”

A legendary courier driver that no one is able to compete with. He is the first refugee-born courier, making him a hero to other refugees. A couries man by day, he is a "BlackKnight" by night, fighting against Cheonmyeong Group, the group that controls their dystopian world through oxygen.

Song SeungHeon as RyuSeok

RyuSeok is the only heir to CheonMyeong group. He is firm in his beliefs, and takes inevitable sacrifices for granted. He is in conflict with his father, Chairman Ryu, about the migration plan being promoted by the government and the Chairman.

Esom as SeolAh

A military intelligence officer who saves April's life and takes care of April as a family member. She follows orders well, and never loses her cool under any situation.
