"A Head Coach's Turnover" revolves around basketball coach Maeng Gong who, unable to control his anger, screams at one of his players after the player mistakenly passes the ball to him. In response to the absurd mistake and defeat, malicious comments pour out in real time toward the basketball team Big Pandas. In particular, the malicious commenter HwaJin, who harshly criticizes Maeng Gong with the nickname "MaengKongMyeolJongDan."
Maeng Gong is on the verge of stepping down from his position after failing to reach the playoffs for three consecutive years. Due to unexpected circumstances, HwaJin offers to help Maeng Gong get the Big Pandas to the playoffs, a proposal he surprisingly accepts.
