Netflix has been adamant in both producing and bringing over all sorts of Korean entertainment onto the streaming site. There's something for everyone: a buzzworthy dating show, viral Korean survival programs, and perhaps most popularly, a string of new dramas spanning multiple genres. Now everything from the usual heartwarming romance to gritty crime scenes is available to practically everyone worldwide.
Netflix has just dropped one of their newest K-Dramas -"The Frog". It features an incredibly well-accomplished cast in Kim YoonSeok, Yoon KyeSang, Go MinSi, and Lee JungEun as the main leads. Then there's notable names in EXO's ChanYeol, Ha YoonKyung, Kim SungRyung, and Roh YoonSeo. It portrays an eerily strange tale that spans across time, tackles murder mysteries, and the aftermath of violent crimes. "The Frog" keeps viewers at the edge of your seats, eager to continue onto the next episode.
And while not many will be convinced to turn away from the lighthearted good vibes of rom-coms, "The Frog" might convince them otherwise.
