K-Drama "Doctor Slump", which just premiered on January 27th, is already making waves among the drama community. The medical romantic comedy looks to maintain a perfect balance between lightheartedness and introspective depth, immersing viewers with only the first few episodes. The brand new K-Drama stars accomplished veterans in Park ShinHye and Park HyungSik.

"Doctor Slump" revolves around Yeo JeongWoo (Park HyungSik) and Nam HaNeul (Park ShinHye). Both were the top students at school and were each other's academic rivals. Afterwards, Yeo JeongWoo went on to become a popular plastic surgeon while Nam HaNeul continued her studies and entered the medical field as an anesthesiologist. They reunite during one of their lowest points in life. Although they continue to bicker, they become each other's pillar of support and romance blossoms between the two.
