In the world of K-Pop, idols fill a number of different roles within their respective groups. Some are extremely dedicated to dance, while others take every chance to hone their vocals. There are also the leaders that hold the group together and lead them in every season. And of course, every group has a maknae, a.k.a. the youngest member of the group.
Maknaes are often seen as incredibly endearing, producing an aura that makes everyone want to protect them.
