Over the past few years, Netflix has brought over hundreds of titles from Korean entertainment. From old and currently airing K-Dramas to reality shows like "Single's Inferno", the streaming platform has become a hub of K-Content that suits multiple preferences. It is now the norm for fans to have at least one Netflix show in their catalogue to watch and enjoy week after week.
Recently, the Internet has been abuzz with the newest bit of K-Culture to premiere on Netflix, "Nineteen To Twenty". The coming-of-age reality show revolves around ten youth who enter the show off at nineteen-years-old. But together, they enter adulthood at 20 and explore an endless amount of firsts. They encounter friendship, new memories, and multiple dates.
While it hasn't been too long since the show's release, there has been numerous moments of heartwarming romance that brings every cell in your body to life.
Here's five times "Nineteen To Twenty" gave us butterflies so far.
Note: spoilers ahead.
1. "I Don't Want To Get Off"
During one of their final moments as nineteen-year-olds, the group had the opportunity to visit an amusement park. There, they went on rides, ate lots of yummy food, and naturally became closer with one another. For one of the final events of the day, they got the chance to ride the Ferris Wheel with one other person.
Oh SangWon and Choi SeHyeon were one of the first to volunteer to ride together. Their conversation flowed naturally but still contained a lighthearted nervousness that even viewers could sense. The moment they began to say "I don't want to get off" you could just feel their excitement to spend more time with one another, causing you to joyfully smile along with them.
2. Taking Photos On Top Of The Ferris Wheel
Although you're in a small space, there's a lot to do in a Ferris Wheel. You can look out at the nice scenery, have a meaningful conversation, or just enjoy each other's company. For Kim PyeongSeok and Noh HeeJi, they also decided to take pictures of one another. The whole process felt like a serotonin boost as they clumsily tried to figure out how to work the polaroid camera. Despite the "No Dating" rule still existing at this time, you could definitely see the sparks fly between the two, creating an atmosphere of innocent, budding romance.
3. Straightforward Gift In The Library

Prior to turning twenty, the ten cast spent some time at School 19. While it didn't provide typical education like science or history, it did have homework with a deadline. The ten youth were instructed to gift a person of their choice with a book and a letter.
In order to complete the assignment, Moon SeYeon and Choi YeRin decide to go to the library together. While YeRin was still deciding on what book to choose, SeYeon makes his decision and quickly gifts it to YeRin right there in the library. He quickly follows up with an already prepared letter, causing viewers to faint in their seats. It was probably at this point that SeYeon and YeRin became a pair many began to enthusiastically root for.
4. PyeongSeok Confidently Asks HeeJi Out On A Date

On their first day as twenty-year-olds, some cast are seen on the terrace enjoying the warm rays of the sun. Kim PyeongSeok and Noh HeeJi eventually make their way to a swing, farther away from the others. The two have a normal enough conversation until PyeongSeok decides to courageously ask HeeJi out on a date.
This catches everyone by surprise, since he is usually shy, quiet, and not one of many words. PyeongSeok's act of courage will have you smiling in an instant and will remain in your mind all day long.
5. JungYun And JiWoo's Explosive Chemistry

Coming from an all-boys school, Lim JungYun always had some difficultly when talking to his female counterparts on the show. However, in celebration of their first day of adulthood, the group decides to try alcohol for the first time and JungYun is able to gain some confidence.
While drinking together, JungYun and JiWoo become noticeably closer. They show an explosive chemistry that creates a swarm of butterflies to appear in viewers all around the world. From JiWoo touching his hands to JungYun feeding her, a wave of giddiness washes over you as you cannot help but watch in awe of their budding romance.
