Based on a popular webtoon, "My Dearest Nemesis" is a noona romance between Ban JuYeon (Choi HyunWook) and Baek SuJeong (Mun KaYoung). The two first met in an online game, where they developed a mutual crush. The romance between them suddenly ended when they met at an offline gathering. SuJeong was embarrassed and rejected JuYeon, who is a middle school student, because he is not the older brother figure she imagined. Sixteen years later, fate brings them back together when JuYeon becomes the director of SuJeong’s department at work.
