The Mnet survival show "GIRLS PLANET 999" has finally come to an end with the announcement of the final debuting girl group. The show had invited aspiring idols from Korea (Group K), Japan (Group J), and China (Group C) to compete for a spot in a debut group that will perform on global stages.

Kep1er has already broken records shortly after becoming an official group. They have broken rookie girl group records on social media. Kep1er is currently the most followed rookie girl group (out of girl groups that have debuted in 2021 - according to this list) on Twitter (with 264k followers) and Instagram (with 477k followers) (as of Oct. 25, 16:24 PM KST). They don't even have any content besides their logo up yet. Clearly, they will hold a huge impact.
