Korean entertainment has seen a rise in K-Pop idols and television personalities take to YouTube and host their very own variety series. One of those series, "Workman", became a worldwide hit with TV personality Jang SungKyu at the helm. While attempting a variety of different part-time jobs and occupations, he was able to provide a glimpse into the inner workings of various companies. From convenience stores to sit down restaurants, SungKyu has done it all.

Now, the popular YouTube series has produced a spin-off titled "Workdol". With the same concept as "Workman", the spin-off series follows world renowned K-Pop idol, (G)I-DLE's Shuhua as she takes on a variety of different jobs.

This week, we see Shuhua bring on a special guest: one of her beloved groupmates, (G)I-DLE's Minnie. Together, they take on the task of becoming a teacher's assistant at the prestigious Gyeonggi University of Science And Technology. The two members make a vibrant and comedic pair, bringing waves of laughter to viewers all across the globe.

Here are some highlights from the most recent episode of "Workdol".

 

1. Chaotic Opening


While Shuhua is unbelievably entertaining all on her own, her enthusiasm rises the moment fellow member Minnie arrives on the scene. The opening for this episode was especially chaotic and high tension. The two begin with an impromptu handshake and end by twerking on the field. This entire interaction elicits bouts of laughter from viewers everywhere. With an opening this chaotic, expectations for the rest of the episode rise up to crazy new heights.

 

2. Meeting Senior Teaching Assistant


In order to learn the ropes and their tasks as TAs, they meet up with Senior Teaching Assistant Park JinYoung. To their great surprise, the two idols find out that the Senior TA actually knows (G)I-DLE and they excitedly ask who's his favorite member.

The two wait excitedly, expectant to hear one of their names. However, their hopes are quickly dashed as he straightforwardly confesses that SoYeon is his bias. The two idols' reactions are hilarious as they quickly try to leave once hearing their leader's name.

 

3. Battle Between TAs

After aiding the students in various exercises and other activities, the teacher called on both Shuhua and Minnie to show their skills to the rest of the class. They were put to the physical test in a match against one another. Although it starts off serious enough, it quickly becomes a comedic mess as the two try to best each other in a battle of kicks.
